JOB SUMMARY
The Accounting Coordinator assists the Accounting and Reporting Manager in complying with
audit and Heineken requirements mainly in terms of accounting, by working closely with local and
Expins Teams.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Accounting coordinator has a good understanding and experience in the accounting cycle. Roles and responsibilities involved but not limited to:
- The Accounting Coordinator works closely with Expins Team to:
- Support the RTR Team in terms of Accounting (Analysis, BSR performance, basic accounting follow-up.)
- Collaborate with the PTP Team and participate actively in the projects (Decrease of theincidences, GRN monitoring, vendor reconciliation, write off proposal)
- Support the Reporting Team in ensuring at any moment CIL reconciles with ERP, mainly in Intercompany figures.
- The Accounting coordinator supports the Inventory and Tax coordinator by:
- Ensuring COGS reconciliation is performed on a timely manner
- Inventory balance is reliable at any time by collaborating with Inventory coordinator and Supply chain controller
- Ensuring monthly taxes paid to DGI is accurate.
- The Accounting Coordinator works closely with OTC Coordinator to ensure customer balances is accurate in order to proceed with reconciliation at any time.
- The Accounting coordinator follows up on the audit’s requests upon Accounting and Reporting Manager instructions.
- The Accounting Coordinator supports the Accounting and Reporting Manager in any task this latter might need help with.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
- Education/Experience (Mandatory)
- Degree in Accounting or Business management.
- Accounting experience (knowledge/understanding)
