Role Overview
The Digital Marketing & Creative Design Manager is responsible for driving revenue-generating digital performance across Sunrise Airways’ key markets. The role prioritizes campaign performance, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization, while supporting creative production to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
This position combines digital marketing execution and creative design to directly support commercial objectives, route performance, and brand visibility.
This role plays a key part in supporting revenue growth and improving marketing efficiency across the network.
Key Responsibilities
A. Digital Marketing & Performance
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Manage budget allocation across routes and markets (Haiti, U.S., Caribbean)
- Drive measurable contribution to bookings and revenue through digital channels
- Track and analyze campaign performance (CPA, conversion rate, bookings, ROAS)
- Implement retargeting strategies and audience segmentation
- Monitor traffic and conversion performance on sunriseairways.net
- Ensure proper tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, etc.)
B. Creative Design & Content Production
- Design visuals for digital campaigns (ads, social media, promotions)
- Produce content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Support route launches, promotional campaigns, and partnerships
- Ensure consistency across all visual outputs (EN / FR / Kreyòl)
- Collaborate with the Community Manager for content planning and execution
C. Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Support the rollout of marketing campaigns across markets
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service)
- Ensure timely delivery of assets and campaign materials
- Contribute to launch campaigns (new routes, activations, partnerships)
D. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Deliver weekly performance reports (campaign results, insights, recommendations)

- Track KPIs aligned with department objectives
- Provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Increase in marketing-attributed bookings by route and market
- Cost per acquisition (CPA) improvement compared to campaign baseline
- Return on ad spend (ROAS) improvement where tracking is available
- Conversion rate improvement on website and app campaigns
- Growth in qualified traffic to sunriseairways.net and booking channels
- Timely delivery of campaign assets according to approved launch calendars
- Weekly campaign performance reporting with insights and optimization
recommendations - Contribution to route-level campaign performance, especially for priority markets
Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design
- Proven experience managing performance-driven campaigns with measurable business
impact - Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and French (Kreyòl is a strong asset)
