Job description
The Project Manager at Sunrise Airways is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing strategic and operational projects across the airline. This role ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with corporate objectives.
The Project Manager acts as a bridge between leadership, operational teams, and external stakeholders, driving efficiency, compliance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, timelines, and deliverables for airline
projects (fleet expansion, route launches, system upgrades, etc.).
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with operations, commercial, finance, and
regulatory teams to align project goals.
Risk & Compliance Management: Identify risks, ensure adherence to aviation
regulations, and implement mitigation strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Track milestones, budgets, and resource allocation to
ensure successful project delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend process enhancements to improve
efficiency and customer experience.
